Description of services:
Wedding coverage
The videographer will arrive approximately one hour in advance of the ceremony to set up. Two cameras will be used, one for close ups and one for a wide shot of the entire wedding, allowing for the smoothest editing possible.
Reception coverage
Every important moment of your reception will be caught on tape, right until you drive away as a newly married couple! This includes events such as the first dance, toast, cake cutting, bouquet toss, garter toss and departure as well as the general festivities.
Professionally edited DVD
Newlywed Films employs a large range of editing techniques on state-of-the-art editing software to ensure that your wedding is preserved in an elegant and professional manner. Each DVD will be complete with custom title cards and optional end credits.
Wedding party credits
A scrolling list of cast members, special messages and thanks at the end of your DVD, just like Hollywood. Available on request.
Guest interviews
Guests are taken aside and asked to say a few words about the bride and groom, the results are often touching and hilarious! Several guests are interviewed (if they are willing) and their messages are compiled as a chapter on the reception portion of the DVD.
DVD menu
These menus come with separate ceremony and reception sections and have a full chapter selection. In addition, the menus can be completely custom designed for the most personal wedding DVD available. Select the backdrop from your own photos, or choose from one of our beautiful designs. Pick "your" song to accompany the menus. These features allow you to add that special touch.
YouTube highlights clip
A five-minute "trailer" of your wedding will be custom edited so you can easily share your memories with friends and family who couldn't attend — and those who just want to relive the magic all over again. The clip will be set to a song of your choice and play out in a fun "highlight reel" style so that everyone can see all the best parts of your special day.
Wireless microphones
Two discreet wireless microphones are available to ensure the best sound possible for your special day.
Photo montage
A collection of provided photos, attractively edited in a slide show fashion and accompanied with music, will be delivered on a DVD for display at the rehearsal dinner or reception.
Personalized newlywed website
A private link through newlywedfilms.com that will allow you to store your YouTube clips, images, special messages or other items related to your wedding. The link will be easy to remember (newlywedfilms.com/johnandmegan, for example) so you, your friends and your family can have instant access to your wedding memories.
Raw footage
All raw footage will be delivered on a set of DVDs. Though certain parts were removed from the final edit, this is your chance to see every single frame that was filmed, including outtakes.
Rehearsal dinner & ceremony coverage
In addition to covering the ceremony and reception, the rehearsal dinner and ceremony rehearsal will also be recorded, edited and provided on a third DVD for your viewing pleasure.
Love story narrative
A collection of in-depth interviews with close family and friends as well as the bride and groom. Selected shots will be gathered as the bride and groom prepare for their big day and voice over narration will tell the story of how the two met. Close collaboration with the wedding party is encouraged and recommended.
Live webcast of ceremony
Using cutting-edge software, your wedding ceremony will be streamed to the internet as it occurs, so relatives who cannot attend your wedding can view it online, as it happens. Be one of the first to take part in this exciting new technology.
