When will my videography package be ready?
Depending on package complexity, you can expect your videography package to be available two to four months after your wedding day. As a rule of thumb, each minute of finished video requires at least an hour of editing.
Do you have an hourly limit?
No — We will stay throughout the entire wedding and reception, depending on your package.
What kind of payment plans do you offer?
We provide interest-free payment plans to suit your budget needs.
Do you use wireless microphones?
Yes — our mics are wireless so no cords will interfere with your wedding.
What kind of lighting do you use?
As bright lights are intrusive and distracting to the ceremony, our videographers use ambient light. Rest assured that our 3-chip camera equipment is top-of-the-line and makes excellent use of natural light sources.
What kind of camera do you use?
All main footage is shot with a Canon-XL2 3-chip DV camera, arguably the best prosumer camera available. This camera has been used to shoot numerous Hollywood film and television projects.
How will I receive my videography package?
If you live in Austin, we will hand-deliver your videography package the day it's ready. Otherwise, we will ship it to you for free.
How much are additional copies?
Additional DVD copies are $25 each. A bulk rate is also available.
Will you be at the whole reception?
Yes — we will film throughout the entire reception. We won't miss a moment of your special day!

How will you be dressed?
Unless instructed otherwise, we will wear a three-piece suit to blend in with the service crew.
Will filming be obtrusive to my wedding?
We film stealthily and quietly so there is absolutely no interference with your ceremony.
